3 simple Tips on How to Stay Consistent with your Flexibility or Yoga Training

I know how hard it is to stay consistent and how scary it can be to find hours in your normal day life for training. So i thought i can share some of the things that make it easier for me to train at home and things that helped me to get back on track. 

1) Prepare your training outfit from the evening.

I usually put my top and leggings and socks in the bathroom, so when i wake up and i go there the first thing in the morning i see my training clothes and it reminds me of training. 

2) Put it on.

I know it sounds silly but just by putting the sports top on when i wake up - it already makes it easier for me to push myself to train. So the days when i know i need to exercise the most i will start the day by putting the training clothes on immediately after i woke up.  

3) Schedule your training sessions in your calendar and put reminders on.

As you probably know if it is not scheduled - it doesnt get done. So find 30 mins one day, 30 min the other day and add them to your calendar. Aaaaaand by the way, honestly you dont need 30 min. You can even start with 15 min only. Everyone can find  15 min in their day for a little training. So maybe start very small and easy. 15 min monday, 15 min thursday, 15 min saturday. The most important is that you show up. Because consistency will lead you to great results in the end. And then slowly you can start adding more and more. And you will see this way you are going to fall in love with exercises no matter what area you are in (sport, yoga, dancing)
